Parties and object

On one side, DEVSHOP TECNOLOGIA E COMERCIO LTDA, CNPJ 62.492.832/0001-20, trade name DevShop, the contractor. On the other, whoever accepts a proposal, the client.

The object is the software described in that proposal: page, automation, system, store, platform, or maintenance.

Price

The range on the site is the starting point, “starting at” or on request. The price of the work is the one in the accepted proposal. Payment does not happen on this site.

Scope

What the proposal lists is included. What the proposal leaves out stays out.

Delivery

The path is diagnosis, scope, build, and adjustment. Delivery includes access to what was published.

Warranty

After delivery, the client has a 3-month warranty on what was delivered.

After that period, the warranty can be extended with an extended warranty plan or with the monthly maintenance, hired separately.

Code and infrastructure

Once payment is complete, the project code belongs to the client.

Server and domain are on the client, paid straight to the provider. The proposal states what the project needs.

Effect

This contract applies when the proposal is accepted. Visiting the site follows the terms of use. Referral and partnership follow their own pages.
